Usually I'm not a huge fan of poke bowl. I left the place quite impressed. They have fresh ingredients and fair price for what you get. The store menu could be improved.

Everything tasted fresh. Very good place. Only negative thing is when an employee gets reprimanded maybe it should be done more privately and not where I can hear everything.

W O W! Best Poke I have ever had!! Everyone I’ve met while going has been nice and greets me with a smile and positivity! No matter the time (even when they’re almost closed!!) and they give you GENEROUS scoops of protein. You really get what you pay for and more. It’s affordable, fresh, tasty, and will be your favorite poke spot after your first order :)

Ok. Real talk. This is the best sushi spot in the area by a LONG SHOT. I have lived in Santa Monica for about 2 years and I have explored my fair share of sushi spots. I AM ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED when I eat sushi anywhere other than Poke Republic. There is just so much quality in everything that comes out of this kitchen. If you are readying this review, trust me, and trust everyone else who has left a 5 star review, this place is THE BEST. To top it all off, the owner cares, and you can tell. This is the type of local business you support 100%. Check out Poke Republic and lets keep this place around for years to come!

Owner was rude asf. Im doing postmates and he told me to go to the back of the line also told me i am not a customer and to get behind customers that arrived after me . I asked him what am i he said a driver and to cancel the order. I will never go back that is the first and the last.

I ordered a poke bowl. The fish was good but the white rice is the worst rice I have ever had. Super mushy and there were hard chunks in the bottom of the bowl. Will not get again

I was searching for a late open spot and this place was a miracle. Great ingredients and lovely poke. Definitely tops my usual local spot. I’ll totally come by again.

great, fresh food, you compose your bowl yourself :) A lot of customers at lunch time. Unfortunately, the interior is suitable only for quick consumption. Super friendly prices and a take away order option.

Decided to try this out because of the yelp and google reviews and we weren't disappointed. Their salmon tasted fresh and I love that you can have a half and half base (half rice half salad or half white rice and half brown rice for example)Staff is great and service is efficient. You basically pick and choose as you make your way to the cash and the employee builds it for you in front of you. The medium size gives you three choice of fish and then you pick your vegetables. Guacamole is extra. A bit out of our way(we were headed for the Getty) but it was very good!

The worker actually took time to explain the sauces to me, he even gave me coffee cause I had a long drive. Reasonably priced, great fish, and they actually MIX the toppings in! Awesome Awesome awesome. Parking is scarce, would recommend for take out service too.

Friendly, fast, fresh, and affordable, what more could you ask for? Beyond the tasty fish, I could eat just the brown rice alone and be satisfied. Very happy this place opened.
